BlackBerry may not be building its phones anymore, but it is making apps.
BlackBerry has unveiled a brand new Android app called Notable. With it, users can capture what’s displayed on their phone’s screen and then edit that content with free-form drawing, stickers, and text. It’s a quick way to make notes on whatever you happen to be looking at.
After you’ve made the notations you want, you can then quickly share that content to another service, such as Evernote, BlackBerry Hub, and others. You can also edit the quick share option to select a specific app you’d like to share it with.
Right now, the Notable app is only available for BlackBerry-branded Android devices, including the PRIV, DTEK50, and the DTEK60. However, BlackBerry says the app will become available to non-BlackBerry handsets in the near future.
How many different note-taking apps do you have on your phone?
