At Mobile World Congress 2016, we were introduced to the LG G5, LG’s flagship Android smartphone for 2016. With the G5, LG sought to innovate and change the current trends of smartphones, offering a host of new features such as a modular design and dual rear cameras. Now that we’ve seen what the G5 is all about, we’re waiting to know when we can get our hands on one. Fortunately, LG has just revealed some news on when US customers can get a hold of the G5.
In the US, the LG G5 will launch in early April, coming to Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and US Cellular. It will also be sold through Best Buy and B&H, giving customers plenty of purchasing options. Pricing and availability information hasn’t been released yet, but LG says that it’s coming soon, though it will likely vary from carrier to carrier. LG has also revealed that for a limited time, customers who order the LG G5 will receive an extra battery and battery charging cradle for free.
