If you own a OnePlus 6T, be on the look out for the latest software update for your flagship smartphone.
On Wednesday, OnePlus confirmed that it is now rolling out a minor software update for the OnePlus 6T. This is OxygenOS 9.0.5, and the system changelog is pretty short. The software includes “improvements for Screen Unlock” as its first bullet point, and then “general bug fixes and improvements”. While that’s all good news, anyone who was expecting more forward-facing features for the end user might be a bit disappointed.
Still, the minor update should help smooth things out on the software side of things. As is par for the course with any over-the-air (OTA) software update, this one will be going out in waves. So even if you can’t upgrade today, the update should arrive on your handset in the days ahead.
If you own a OnePlus 6T, how are you liking the handset so far?
