When OnePlus officially announced the OnePlus 6T, its newest flagship smartphone, the company did so with two color variants ready out of the gate: Midnight Black and Mirror Black.
But OnePlus is not completely averse to different color options, as we’ve seen in the past. And it looks like folks in China who have had their sights set on the new OnePlus smartphone will have one more color to consider: Thunder Purple. This model is the same exact model as the other two color options, but the Thunder Purple variant is only available with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage.
You’ll need to fork over 3599.00 yuan (~$520 USD) to make this model yours. It’s certainly more eye-catching than the other color options for the OnePlus 6T right now, offering a gradient color scheme with black at the top, which gradually blends into the purple shade.
The new purple variant still offers the same 6.41-inch 2340×1080 AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, dual rear cameras (16MP+20MP), 16MP front-facing camera, Android 8.1 Oreo, and the 3700mAh battery. It’s only available in China right now, but hopefully that availability expands at some point in the future.
